The PlayStation Vita is arguably Sony's last great stab at maintaining relevance in the mobile gaming industry, and the debut lineup for the European launch of this next-gen game device was announced today.

PlayStation Vita Hits Europe in February 2012

The Vita is scheduled to hit the European market on February 22, 2012, the same day as its North American launch. Japanese gamers are the only market seeing the Vita in time for the holidays, with a December 17, 2012 release date.
